Nature of Services<\/h2><p>Carewings.in provides a platform to connect clients with trained healthcare professionals and support staff including but not limited to:<\/p><ul><li>Home Nursing<\/li><li>Attendant Services<\/li><li>Physiotherapy<\/li><li>Laboratory Services<\/li><li>Medical Equipment Rental<\/li><li>Dietitian Services<\/li><li>Ambulance Services<\/li><li>Wound Dressing &amp; Injection Services<\/li><\/ul><p>Carewings.in acts as a service facilitator and coordinator. In certain cases, caregivers, technicians, and attendants may operate as independent professionals.<\/p><hr \/><h2>4. Independent Professionals<\/h2><p>Caregivers, nurses, attendants, physiotherapists, and technicians engaged through Carewings.in may function as independent professionals.<\/p><p>While Carewings.in conducts screening and verification processes:<\/p><ul><li>We do not guarantee specific medical outcomes.<\/li><li>We are not responsible for individual professional negligence beyond reasonable control.<\/li><li>Clients are responsible for supervising service execution within their premises.<\/li><\/ul><p>Carewings.in does not endorse any specific medical advice beyond assigned service scope.<\/p><hr \/><h2>5. Safety &amp; Liability<\/h2><p>By availing services, you agree:<\/p><ul><li>Carewings.in provides verified and trained personnel based on client requirements.<\/li><li>Any misconduct by service personnel shall be addressed as per applicable laws.<\/li><li>Carewings.in will cooperate in investigations if required.<\/li><li>Replacement of caregiver (if applicable) may be provided within 7 days in case of dissatisfaction, subject to internal review.<\/li><li>Replacement may also be provided if the caregiver discontinues service within the first month.<\/li><\/ul><p>Carewings.in shall not be liable for:<\/p><ul><li>Theft, loss, or damages unless proven due to gross negligence.<\/li><li>Direct monetary transactions made between client and caregiver.<\/li><li>Client&#8217;s failure to provide safe working conditions.<\/li><\/ul><hr \/><h2>6. Limitation of Liability<\/h2><p>Under no circumstances shall Carewings.in, its owners, staff, affiliates, or partners be liable for:<\/p><ul><li>Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.<\/li><li>Loss of income, data, or property.<\/li><li>Medical complications arising from patient\u2019s pre-existing conditions.<\/li><\/ul><p>If liability is established, total liability shall not exceed the service fees paid by the client for the last one-month service period preceding the claim.<\/p><hr \/><h2>7. Disclaimer of Warranties<\/h2><p>All services are provided on an \u201cas-is\u201d and \u201cas-available\u201d basis.<\/p><p>We do not warrant:<\/p><ul><li>Uninterrupted service availability.<\/li><li>Guaranteed recovery outcomes.<\/li><li>That the website will be free from technical errors or viruses.<\/li><\/ul><p>Users access the Platform at their own risk.<\/p><hr \/><h2>8. Cancellation &amp; Refund Policy<\/h2><ul><li>Cancellations must be made prior to service initiation.<\/li><li>Same-day cancellations may attract a cancellation fee.<\/li><li>Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 3\u20137 working days after approval.<\/li><li>No refunds for completed services.<\/li><li>Equipment rental refunds depend on condition and usage duration.<\/li><\/ul><hr \/><h2>11. Medical Equipment Rental Terms<\/h2><ul><li>Equipment must be used as per instructions.<\/li><li>Client is responsible for safe handling.<\/li><li>Damage or loss may attract repair\/replacement charges.<\/li><li>Equipment must be returned in usable condition.<\/li><\/ul><hr \/><h2>12.
